Sounds of the Season

Blog Post No Comments

Have you noticed that many radio stations play Christmas music during the month of December? Some stations get so “into the spirit” that they play non-stop it in a 24/7 count-down to the big day.

I love listening to the sounds of the season, but my school commute falls during the same play-list rotation each day -which means I hear the same tunes morning and night, day after day after day. Not to be a Grinch, but it’s only December 4 and I’m already tired of “Little Drummer Boy.”

Why don’t I just change the channel, you ask? Because then I would miss one of the greatest versions of “Carol of the Bells” ever arranged, sung by the a cappella group Pentatonix.

Do you listen to Christmas music in the car? What station helps you get your carol on?
