Our veteran students are partnering with Max’s Love Project to bring joy this Christmas to children at Walter Reed Military Hospital and CHOC Hospital. Our Veteran Resource Center students and staff are inspired by the courageous journey of our little friends and would like to support them during this time. When asked, “What toys would the kids like?” they said “LEGOS!” So Legos it is. We will use the gift cards we receive from your generous donation to buy Legos as well as other toys that can be enjoyed by all ages. Our veteran students will have the privilege of hand delivering your donations to the children of CHOC hospital!
It is because of you that we will be able to help provide a special Christmas this year in the midst of uncertainty and trying times. We want our Walter Reed and CHOC friends to feel LOVED and SUPPORTED. Thank you for partnering with us in making this happen!
$25 Gift Cards may be submitted in substitute of your $50 application fee.
- We graciously accept gift cards from Toys “R” Us, Target, or Walmart.
$25 Toy Donations may be submitted in substitute of your $50 application fee.
- Legos or any other toy of at least $25 value (please include receipt) for any gender or age up to 13 years.
Please bring your donation to the SPS office. Donations are tax deductible, and receipts are available upon request.
